REFUND & RETURN POLICY

All items are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind

However, in line with our fulfillment partner (Printful), we will offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The item is damaged or defective
  • There is a printing error
  • You received the wrong item

To request a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Include clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

We do not require returns for damaged or incorrect items unless stated.
