5 Healthy Treats for the Holidays – I thought this might be needed for the holidays. Mix and match additional ingredients for your preferred flavors. Ask away about different flours to be used as that is a major contributor a healthy vs non healthy dessert.


Pancakes (4) – mix ingredients and pan fry 

-2 cup almond flour or arrowroot flour

-2 whole eggs

-1 tbsp grass fed butter, 1 tbsp coconut oil

-1 cup whole milk or raw milk (I use raw milk)

– shredded chocolate(70% or higher), coconut flakes, cinnamon for flavor


Macadamia balls / bars (4) – bake coconut flakes for 2-3min at 350 then blend ingredients 

– 1 cup macadamia nuts

– 10 Medjool dates

– 1 cup coconut flakes


Avocado mousse (2-4) – blend ingredients, top with raspberries 

-2-3 avocado

-2 tbsp unsweetened organic cocoa powder

-1/2 whole milk or raw milk

-1 tsp vanilla extract

-1 tsp organic honey
-1/2 cup raspberry


Chocolate covered bananas (4) -slice bananas, roll in cocoa, top with coconut 

-4 tbsp of unsweetened organic cocoa powder

-4 tbsp of toasted coconut flakes

-2 bananas


Ginger/blueberry Cookies – mix ingredients, bake at 375, 8-10 min until puffed and golden

1-1 1/2 cup almond flour or arrowroot flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp sea salt

1 large tsp organic

1/2 cup finely sliced ginger

1 whole egg

1/3 cup coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup organic oats

1/2 cup dried blueberries
