Sitting can be very detrimental to the health and strength of the body. Sit less for a leaner, stronger and a less painful body. In movement, there is no bad mechanics or improper form, there is only unprepared muscle tissue or a lack of load capacity on said tissue. Train as many planes and angles as possible and you’ll see your strength increase and your injury potential decrease.
