Be conscious of you’re cooking oils as they can change your healthy meal to an unhealthy meal, through the poor qualities of the cooking fats. Examples of these oils include vegetable oil, canola oil and sunflower oil. In movement, there is no bad mechanics or improper form, there is only unprepared muscle tissue or a lack of load capacity on said tissue. Train as many planes and angles as possible and you’ll see your strength increase and your injury potential decrease.
