Take five deep breathes in the morning, midday and before bed to decrease stress, increase muscle growth and burn body fat. In movement, there is no bad mechanics or improper form, there is only unprepared muscle tissue or a lack of load capacity on said tissue. Train as many planes and angles as possible and you’ll see your strength increase and your injury potential decrease.
