Because all items are custom-made upon purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Preference changes after ordering
  • Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

We encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before completing their purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

In partnership with our fulfillment provider, Printful, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • Your item contains a manufacturing defect
  • There is a printing or quality issue
  • You receive the wrong item

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Replacements & Refunds

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange either:

  • A replacement item at no additional cost, or
  • A refund to your original payment method

Approved refunds are typically processed within several business days, depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after receiving confirmation from us:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank, as refunds can take several business days to appear.

If you still have not received your refund, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Returns

In most cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items, customers are not required to return the product. If a return is necessary, we will provide instructions before any item is sent back.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first.

Order Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly after purchase, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.
