All Primal Method products are made to order and fulfilled through our trusted production partner, Printful. Each item is produced specifically for your order to help reduce waste and support a more intentional approach to production.
Worldwide Shipping
We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
Orders are fulfilled from the nearest available production facility whenever possible to help reduce shipping times and improve delivery efficiency.
Please note that shipping availability may vary depending on carrier limitations, local regulations, sanctions, or international restrictions. Certain countries and regions may be unavailable for shipping at any given time.
At the time of ordering, we may be unable to ship to countries or regions subject to trade restrictions, sanctions, carrier limitations, or other legal and logistical constraints. Examples may include, but are not limited to:
North Korea
Iran
Syria
Cuba
Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine
Other countries or territories restricted by applicable laws, regulations, or carrier policies
Shipping restrictions may change without notice. If we are unable to fulfill an order due to shipping restrictions, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Processing Time
All products are made to order.
Typical processing time is:

During periods of high demand, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be longer.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.
Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear after shipment.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their local authorities.
Primal Method is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Shipping Delays
While we work closely with our fulfillment and shipping partners, delays can occasionally occur due to:

Once an order has been shipped, Primal Method is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment if the order is returned.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any supporting information.
We will work with Printful and the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.
