We are all looking to maximize our body and mind through health and fitness. With limited time in today’s society, most people tend to push their workouts to the back seat. That being said, when we do work out, we are searching for the most efficient types of exercises to get the best results.
So what is the best movement you can do everyday?
The Bowel Movement. Yes that’s right.
Forget about burning fat and building muscle. If you’re not “going” on a regular basis at a significant amount, then your body has no need to care about burning fat and building muscle. Most people have this conception that the body is concerned with burning fat and building muscle on a daily basis just because we are workout out. It is quite the opposite. If the body isn’t receiving the most fundamental elements first, such as a safe mental state, sound sleep, proper nutrition and regular bowel movements, it certainly isn’t going to decide that it’s ok to burn fat. Be sure to make your bowel movement a high priority. You should get to the point where you’re going upon waking like its clockwork.
How to obtain better bowel movements:
-Eat more Vegetables (atleast 5 different vegetable a day)
-Set a sleeping pattern (10p-6am is ideal)
-Get regular sunshine
-Try intermittent fasting
-Put your feet on a 5 inch stool (no pun) to create better positioning of the colon
-Increase healthy fat intake
-8-16oz of water first thing in the morning
Risk from irregular bowel movements:
-Creates a toxic environment
-Reduces sex drive
-Difficulty burning fat and building muscle
-High risk of disease including the obvious colon cancer
-Depression
-Increased stress levels ( yes, stress is not just from work, it could be because you’re not shitting)
-Unconscious mood swings
Approach your fitness plan from a health perspective first before you think about getting lean or adding muscle through your workout. When your foundational “movements” are at 100%, the results from the work in the gym comes a lot easier.
