5) Whole grains are essential part of your diet
–90% of all grains are processed and increase blood sugar at a rapid rate. Stick to quinoa, white rice, sweet potato, and as many different vegetables as possible. If they seem boring, sauté them in grass fed butter! They will all of a sudden become a healthy addiction.
6) Artificial sweeteners / Diet products are safe and will help you lose weight
–these products contain hidden sugar additives and chemicals that spike your blood glucose faster than any other food, causing immediate production of body fat and disease.
7) Everything in moderation
–unfortunately it doesn’t work this way. A moderate diet will give you moderate health. Stay strong for a long period, so your body becomes strong enough to rid itself of that unforeseen processed meal.

10) Breakfast should be the healthiest meal of the day
–you should strive to make them all healthier. No matter where you are in your day, the foods you eat will effect you then and in the hours to come.
Try to start your day with foods that will not effect your blood sugar spike as this may cause random mood swings, erratic behavior/thoughts, energy crashes, cravings within 1-2hrs.
